its location around 10-15 minutes walk from a large byzantine - era stone church was excellent and absolutely perfect. and it was also right by the sea shore and the beach or restaurant.

this hotel met requirements! overall had wonderful stay by one night. the location was good and amazing, close to the beach. besides, it was 10 mins walk from livadia.

I really enjoyed my stay at Nautilus Apartments in Parikia. The host Nikos was extremely helpful and provided great recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. The car rental service arranged by him was convenient and hassle-free. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the accommodations were well-located within walking distance of the main area, beaches, and many restaurants. The staff, including Eve, were friendly and made me feel at home. The location of the apartments was excellent, close to the beach and well-connected to bus lines for exploring the island. The rooms were beautifully designed and had high-quality amenities. The bathrooms were amazing and everything was kept clean. I highly recommend Nautilus Apartments for a pleasant and budget-friendly stay in Parikia.

Extremely comfy bed, amazing bathroom and TV set with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe in the room. Incredibly nice and fairly friendly hotel employees all round. Marvellous and good location very close to the sea shore, and 10 min walking distance to Livadia.

My room included an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and climate control. The bed was extremely comfy; and there was a bathtub. It was in a great location really close to the town center, restaurant and Livadia beach...

I was pleasantly surprised by the room at Nautilus Suites. The room was comfortable, well designed, and had all the amenities I needed. The balcony had a good view and the cleanliness was impeccable. It was also conveniently located, just a short walk away from the city center. I would definitely stay here again.

The pillows were a bit hard, but it was a minor inconvenience.
